Breast augmentation and pectus excavatum (bröstkirurgi när du har trattbröst)

Hi, I would like to know what is the safest type of incision in breast surgery when having pectus excavatum (trattbröst) ? or perhaps, what are the ones usually done here in Sweden ?
The types of incisions I am asking about are : Transaxillary, perioreolar or inframmary incision (Transaxillärt, periareolärt eller inframammärt snitt).
