Hej, I am wondering if it’s possible to still get BIA-ALCL after removing the allergan implants? Are you still at a high risk and/or should look for symptoms still?

If your implants were removed together with the entire capsule (en bloc), there is no need to worry.
If you still have the capsule, there is still a risk for BIA-ALCL, but the risk is extremely small!
